Consultations

A consultation — in-person or virtual — may be required before certain treatments. Consultations allow our practitioners to assess your health history, goals, and suitability for specific procedures. Information gathered during consultations is used solely to provide safe, personalized care.

Appointment Booking & Cancellations

When booking appointments, you agree to the following:

Provide accurate and complete personal, health, and contact information at the time of booking
Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling at our discretion
Cancel or reschedule appointments at least [X hours/days] in advance to avoid a cancellation fee

You agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by your practitioner. Med Spas is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions, undisclosed medical conditions, or contraindicated medications.
